Fun Forge Labs – Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

Part A – Apple Users

These terms apply to users accessing Fun Forge Labs apps on Apple devices.

1. Apple Standard License Agreement

Your use of the apps is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can review Apple’s standard license here: Apple Standard EULA.

These Terms are in addition to Apple’s EULA. Where there is a conflict, Apple’s EULA governs the use of the App Store and Apple services.

2. Access and Use

  • You may use our apps only on devices you own or control.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws when using our apps.
  • You agree not to:
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
    • Modify, distribute, or sell the app or its content.
    • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Subscriptions (Apple)

  • Certain features may require an auto-renewable subscription.
  • Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details are provided within the app and through Apple’s purchase system.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple’s procedures.
  • By subscribing, you consent to sharing relevant usage data with Apple for analytics purposes.

Part B – All Other Users

These terms apply to users on platforms other than Apple devices (Android, web, etc.).

1. Access and Use

  • You may use our apps only on devices you own or control.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws when using our apps.
  • You agree not to:
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
    • Modify, distribute, or sell the app or its content.
    • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the store’s procedures.

Part C – Privacy Policy (All Users)
